WARNING: The maximum allowable turbocharger speed is 186krpm. The use of this product above max turbocharger speed is at the owner’s risk, and can result in damage and premature failure. To protect the turbocharger from overspeed when operating, a speed sensor port is machined into the compressor housing for the fitment of speed sensor part numbers 781328-0003 (includes sensor and gauge), and 781328-0004 (includes speed sensor). Speed sensors are sold separately.

For turbocharger installation please follow the OEM service manual. Recommendation for elongation of the venturi injector wire heat shroud on Garrett PowerMax turbo installations.

1. Venturi Injector and harness. Wire heat shroud
2. To elongate the venturi injector wire heat shroud, apply gentle heat approx 2-3 inches (5-15cm) away from the wire heat shroud until shroud can be elongated to desired length. (Caution: Overheating may result in damage to wire shroud and wires)
3. Tape should be used in the area where the wire shroud is close to the engine block for wear protection.
