    § 1 Withdrawal from a Distance Contract

The seller informs about the possibility of withdrawing from the contract concluded with the consumer at a distance or outside the business premises within 14 days. In this case, the cost of shipping is covered by the consumer.
The consumer should have the opportunity to inspect the item purchased only to the extent necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
The burden of proof that the withdrawal from the contract took place within the proper period rests on the consumer.
If the consumer uses his right to withdraw from the contract after using the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, he is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods.
The consumer is obliged to return the item to the entrepreneur or hand it over to a person authorized by the entrepreneur to receive it immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which he withdrew from the contract, unless the entrepreneur proposed to collect the item himself. To keep the deadline, it is sufficient to send back the item before its expiry.
The seller shall immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day of receiving the consumer's statement of withdrawal from the contract, refund him the paid price and the cost of shipping the item from the seller to the buyer. However, the seller does not bear the cost of returning the item from the buyer to the seller.
The seller may, however, withhold the refund of the payments referred to in § 1 point 6 until he receives the item back or the consumer provides proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.
The consumer is obliged to return the item to the entrepreneur or hand it over to a person authorized by the entrepreneur to receive it immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the day on which he withdrew from the contract, unless the entrepreneur proposed to collect the item himself. To keep the deadline, it is sufficient to send back the item before its expiry.
The seller does not make the recognition of the right to withdraw from the contract dependent on the reason for withdrawal given by the consumer in the statement of withdrawal.
The template of the statement of withdrawal from the contract is included in the annex to this information.

    § 2 Warranty

The seller provides a quality guarantee for the sold item for a period of 1 year. This period runs from the day the item is delivered to the buyer.
Under the warranty, the seller ensures the removal of physical defects revealed within the period mentioned in § 2 point 1, by repairing the item or replacing it with a new one.
In the case of filing a complaint under the warranty, the buyer is obliged to notify the seller of the defect within 14 days of its detection by registered mail sent to the address of the seller's headquarters, under penalty of considering the notification ineffective. In this notification, the buyer is obliged to specify in detail the detected defect, the manner and date of its detection, and specify whether he requests the repair of the item or its replacement with a new one. In the absence of a choice of demand, it is assumed that the buyer chose the repair of the item.

    § 3 Complaint

The seller is exempt from liability under the warranty if the buyer knew about the defect at the time of concluding the contract.
In the case of the sale of used goods, the warranty period is shortened to 1 year, and in the case of a contract between entrepreneurs, the warranty is excluded.
After filing a complaint, the buyer is obliged to immediately notify the seller about the defect and the date of its detection, state his complaint demand, and specify the basis on which the complaint is filed (warranty or guarantee).
Along with sending the item to the seller, the buyer should include proof of purchase of the item (receipt/copy of the receipt/confirmation of transfer, etc.) and a complaint card. It is recommended that in the case of a purchase made via Allegro.pl, also include the buyer's name (nickname) on this portal.
If the buyer, being a consumer, demanded the replacement of the item or the removal of the defect or submitted a statement about lowering the price, specifying the amount by which the price should be reduced, the seller shall respond to the submitted complaint within 14 days.
The parties allow the possibility of the seller responding to the submitted complaint in electronic form (e-mail) or by telephone, including by sending an SMS message.
In the case of sales between entrepreneurs, the buyer loses the rights under the warranty if he did not examine the item in time and in the manner adopted for items of this kind and did not immediately notify the seller about the defect, and in the case when the defect came to light later - if he did not notify the seller immediately after its discovery.

    § 4 Final Provisions

Along with this information, the buyer also receives instructions for proper assembly.

    Turbocharger Installation Instructions

    1. Check the compatibility of the turbocharger with your vehicle based on the model and turbocharger code.
    2. Inspect and clean the engine's intake and exhaust systems, pipes, and charge air cooler. They must be clean, and free from oils, fragments of clamps, dust, dirt, soot, or foreign objects (internal deposits, metal pieces, rags, etc.).
    3. Check and clean the crankcase ventilation system of the engine. There should be no pressure in the engine's crankcase during its operation.
    4. Clean or wash the oil supply and return lines, removing any fragments of clamps. Foreign objects or mud in the supply lines can cause immediate damage to the turbocharger.
    5. Change the oil, oil filters, and air filters according to the specifications provided by the engine manufacturer. CD API is the minimum oil class for diesel engines.
    6. Ensure that the oil supply and return are clean, the insulation surfaces are undamaged, and there are no leaks under pressure.
    7. Mount the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold flange, ensuring the tightness of connections.
    8. Check the exhaust system and muffler to prevent overloading the turbocharger due to blockages, closed valves, broken lines, and other causes of reducing permeability. Connect the outlet pipe to the turbine outlet. Check the tightness and safety of the connection.
    9. Connect the air intake and outlet pipes and tighten the screws. Verify the strength and tightness of the connections.
    10. Pour clean engine oil into the turbocharger's oil inlet and manually rotate the turbine until the oil reaches the outlet.
    11. Carefully connect the oil inlet pipe to the turbocharger and ensure the connection is clean, solid, and safe.
    12. Do not use liquid substances (silicone, sealants, etc.) that can enter the turbocharger's lubrication channels and rubber gaskets.
    13. Turn the engine over with the starter without letting it start until the engine oil reaches the turbocharger outlet or oil pressure is generated.
    14. Check the condition of the oil return line (it must be clean, not bent, with a minimum internal diameter of 12 mm for passenger cars and 18 mm for trucks). Connect the return line, ensuring the connection is solid and tight.
    15. Ensure that the engine's fuel and ignition systems are properly adjusted.
    16. Start the engine and let it idle.
    17. Check the oil pressure at the turbocharger inlet when the engine operates at working temperature (~90°C). Operating system ~ 4 bar, idle - not less than 1.4 bar.
    18. Increase the RPM and check for oil, air, gas, or coolant leaks. Ensure there are no deformations of lines or connections during operation.
    19. Before turning off the engine, let it idle for 1 minute.
    20. During maintenance, adhere to the following recommendations:
        - When changing oil, fill the new oil filter with fresh oil.
        - Do not use cleaning oils or pre-mixes or wash the engine. If the engine is very dirty, change the oil and filter again after driving 500-1000 km.
        - Start the engine on idle (without pressing the accelerator pedal). Do not increase RPM or load the engine for 20-30 seconds.
        - Before turning off a hot engine, let it idle to cool down the turbocharger.
    21. In case of a major engine overhaul, it is necessary to replace the oil filter after the first 200-250 km. WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS WILL NOT APPLY TO TURBOCHARGERS DAMAGED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
        - Access of mechanical particles and dust from air ducts or the engine.
        - Insufficient lubrication, oil pressure, poor quality oil.
        - Mechanical premixes in the oil.
        - Exceeding the permissible speed and temperature of the turbocharger, improper adjustment of the fuel and ignition system, blocked air filter or obstacles preventing air intake, uncontrolled engine RPM increase.
        - If the customer disassembled the turbocharger themselves, damaged the lubrication or mechanically damaged it.
        - The warranty is applicable only if the purchaser can document that all works were performed according to this instruction (invoice, payment receipt for service).

IMPORTANT!!! IDENTIFY AND ELIMINATE THE CAUSE OF THE PREVIOUS TURBOCHARGER DAMAGE/FAILURE.
FAILURE TO IDENTIFY THE CAUSE MAY RESULT IN REPEAT DAMAGE TO THE NEW TURBOCHARGER!!!
