ATP-5000 – A modern diagnostic device designed for testing and programming turbocharger actuators in passenger cars and trucks. It supports both 12V and 24V power supply, enabling versatile application in both passenger vehicles and trucks. The tester is compatible with most popular actuator brands available on the market.

Diagnostics for Passenger Vehicle Actuators

• Testing of electronic turbocharger actuators
• Support for DC motors (12V, up to 2A)
• Diagnostics of solenoid valves regulating pressure in pneumatic systems
• Testing of position sensors compatible with protocols: PWM, ADC, SENT
• Advanced functions for HELLA REA actuators:
  • Storing firmware in device memory (up to 99 files)
  • Software transfer between computer and actuator
  • Ability to copy settings from one actuator to another
