Nozzle ring key (47,4/45,1 mm)

The nozzle ring key helps to safely remove the nozzle assembly from housing without damaging the turbocharger and the nozzle itself.

GAR-6 A: 47.4 mm B: 45.1 mm

The nozzle ring key fits the variable geometry which is used in the following turbochargers:

• 5304 970 0050

Due to the fragile sleeve structure dismantling nozzle rings in KKK KP/BV series could be challenging task even for experienced masters.

The high working temperatures of turbocharger and the possibility of oxidation make the removal process longer then you may expect and require special tools.

For successful removal, we recommend:

• spray the threaded area with WD-40
• wait for 10-15min
• stick the nozzle ring key into the sleeve and unscrew it clockwise.
