Electronic actuator tester for truck turbochargers ATP-2000

ATP-2000 tester is designed for diagnostics of truck turbocharger actuators with 24/12V supply voltage. It allows testing of actuators from most manufacturers as well as calibration of Holset actuators. The device is used for calibration of variable turbocharger geometry on GEOMET stands and in turbocharger repair workshops.

Functions:

• Test function: Diagnoses the operation of actuators from most manufacturers in manual (5-95%) or automatic (10-90%) mode. For 12V actuators, connection via a 24/12V converter is required.
• Reset, Instal, Calibrate functions: For diagnostics of Holset actuators after installation or replacement.
• Auxiliary functions: • 2A current protection within 3 sec • Prompts for cable labeling for the selected actuator type • Percentage display of position sensor readings • USB actuator control when working with GEOMET software
